Handmade & made-to-order items

 

Every item is made to order. Because pieces are hand-poured, hand-finished, or individually printed, slight variations in color, texture, or finish from the product photos are normal and not considered defects.

 

Custom print requests

 

All custom print submissions are subject to review and may be denied at our discretion for reasons relating to copyright, trademark, or legality. Submitting a file for printing does not guarantee we will produce it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to reproduce any file you submit, and by submitting a file, you agree to indemnify Mulaags Workshop against any claim arising from its use.

 

Product safety

 

Some items contain small parts, batteries, or LEDs and are not intended for small children. Handle jewelry and keychain items with normal care; they are decorative pieces, not toys.

 

Orders & payment

 

All orders are processed and paid for at checkout through Shopify Payments, in US Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a custom file can't be printed as submitted, or if an item is mispriced.

 

Shipping & returns

 

Shipping timelines and rates are listed at checkout. Our return and replacement policy governs damaged items and is available on our Return & refund policy page.

 

Intellectual property

 

All designs, photography, and branding on this site belong to Mulaags Workshop and may not be reproduced or resold without permission. This doesn't apply to files you submit for a custom print — you retain your own rights to those.

 

Limitation of liability

 

Mulaags Workshop's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

 

Governing law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

 

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
